Eva is our premium white wine. A 100% Viognier that is fermented and aged in oak, it defies all expectations of a typical Viognier wine: while most are overly fruity with a serious acid deficit, our Eva is beautifully elegant, with a pleasant fruitiness married to highly floral notes and a nippy acidity. Our particular selection of oak barrels gives Eva a smokiness and grilled bread character.
